Our Competitive Program is structured by team rather than individual class enrollment. Each team follows a comprehensive weekly training schedule designed for its age and level.
Senior Team
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30–9:15 PM
Junior Team
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30–7:30 PM
Company 2 Team
Wednesday | 6:00–8:45 PM
Super Mini Team
Thursday | 5:00–6:00 PM
One weekly Early Childhood or Level 1 class of your choice
