Allison Luca | Company Technique
Allison Luca is a Baltimore native who began her dance journey as a competitive performer, training extensively across multiple genres. During her youth, she was recognized with the prestigious Maryland Distinguished Scholar Award for the Arts. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Point Park University, where she further honed her technique and artistry.
Following college, Allison moved to New York City to deepen her industry experience, interning with The PULSE On Tour Convention and STEPS on Broadway. Some of her most memorable performance credits include the Jazz Dance World Congress with Oasis Dance Ensemble, the Capezio ACE Awards, and dancing for the Backstreet Boys in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Allison is a certified Youth Protection Advocate in Dance (YPAD) and is passionate about creating safe, encouraging learning environments. She travels up and down the East Coast as a sought-after choreographer and guest instructor, consistently earning choreography and entertainment awards on the competition circuit.
In addition to her teaching, Allison is a Senior Head Judge for Beyond the Stars, Breakout, Groove, and Reverb dance competitions under the OneBeat Dance Brands umbrella. She also serves as a master class faculty member for Groove’s national convention tour.
Above all, Allison’s mission is to inspire dancers through movement—fostering growth, confidence, and artistry in every student she teaches.

Cindy Case Link | Company Ballet/Pointe
Cindy Case was born and raised in Maryland, where she trained in ballet with Pamela Moore, DFCCA. She has since danced as a Richmond Ballet trainee, Nashville Ballet second company member, Charlottesville Ballet apprentice, and San Diego Ballet company member. She is currently a soloist with Ballet Theatre of Maryland.
As a dancer, her classical repertory includes the ensemble in Serenade, Myrtha in Giselle, Princess Florine in The Sleeping Beauty, the Snow Queen and Dew Drop Fairy in The Nutcracker, and Pas de Trois, Russian Princess, and Big Swan in Swan Lake. She has worked with many choreographers, including Gina Patterson, Heather Maloy, and R. Colby Damon.
After taking her teacher exams in Grades 1-8 through the Cecchetti Council of America, Cindy became a Diploma Fellow when she completed her Final Diploma Examination as a dancer and teacher in 2020. In 2024, she earned her BS in Business Communication from Stevenson University. She has 15 years of teaching experience with dance schools in Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, and California. When not dancing or teaching, she also serves as a copywriter and blogger for Ballet Theatre of Maryland.

Kara Campbell | Open Studio Kinder, Presschool
Kara Campbell, 26, has been dancing since the age of three and grew up training at a competitive studio under the direction of The Dance Collective’s current owners. Throughout her training, Kara focused heavily on ballet and modern, developing a strong technical foundation and a deep appreciation for expressive movement.
Now on staff at TDC, Kara blends her years of dance experience with her full-time career as a preschool teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and brings a thoughtful, age-appropriate approach to our Kinder program. Kara’s calm, engaging presence helps even the most timid dancers feel comfortable and confident in class.
While she’s trained in many styles, Kara especially loves teaching tap to our littlest dancers—her joy and enthusiasm shine through each shuffle and stomp. She’s passionate about creating a positive first experience in the studio and is dedicated to helping every child build a strong foundation, both in dance and self-confidence.

Andrea Tempin | Open Studio Lyrical, Jazz, Technique
Andrea Tempkin is a Rutgers graduate with a deep love of dance and Spanish. Now back in her hometown, Andrea is a professional Spanish Interpreter as well as a passionate dance teacher for Level 1 and Level 2 recreational dance classes. In her 3 years of teaching at TDC, she brings both creativity and care into every class. Andrea pulls knowledge from her competitive dance background and college dance studies to support students in the studio by creating a joyful environment, building confidence, and strengthening coordination. She takes pride in choreographing routines that are age-appropriate and fun, allowing each student to shine in their own way
